Through the power of ecstatic dance, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, the Somatic Activated Healing Method (SAH) guides you towards releasing stored emotions in your body. It's time to let go of what no longer serves you and create space for new experiences and growth by leveraging the connection between our bodies and our minds. The last thirty minutes will be dedicated to cooling down with a collective Reiki ceremony to seal in all of the emotional release. $75 includes indoor baths afterward
