The Standard, Miami has had a busy year with all sorts of yoga retreats, from Wanderlust to Tara Stiles to Narween Otto, but they’ve never seen anything like Michael De Corte’s Jock Yoga. “Michael is a very passionate person and passionate about what he does, and we wanted to bring that into the studio”, writes The Toronto Star. “Jock Yoga is such a niche practice that it appeals to a lot of the people”. Toni Grates (LiV Yoga Studio co-owner who offers Jock Yoga in her studio) continues, “It’s innovative and different, that’s what’s at the core of it.”
