“Singer-guitarist-main songwriter Jesse Tyre Karp of The Estate has a voice somewhere between G. Love and Tom Waits, while the songs he writes have been compared to early-Springsteen. The music is a bit more groove oriented than Springsteen, but straight-ahead rock is definitely the core around which other musical genres are added.” - Santa Cruz Sentinel.
