The Standard Miami’s Playlist Party is building quite a nice following. Last month many came out to the evening (as instructed) dressed up as their favorite dead rock stars to hear some fresh music, despite a torrential rain storm. Guest selectors Jourdan Binder (Partner, The Workshop Collective) and Margaret Lake (Executive Director, The Gusman Theater) brought a fun and eclectic mix. Here’s a little evidence…

Next weekend the playlist party is going to be off the richter scale. This month’s guest selectors will be bringing a fresh new mix of music. We’re thrilled to welcome Laura Quinlan (Director, The Rhythm Foundation), David Sinopoli (Music Director, Bardot) and Walshy Fire (Black Chiney Jamaican Soundsystem).
