The Standard: Tell us something about yourself and how you learned to become so skilled in the ways of the skin?

Andrea Vieira: My name is Andrea. I’m 32 years old. I was born in Colombia. I’m happily married and have a wonderful son. My passion for beauty was in me since I could remember growing up with three girls. I was always the one putting on make up and popping zits! Always working on their skin. I became a dental hygienist and realized one year later that skin was what I really loved to do… so here I am and loving it.

What do you believe is the most effective way to regenerate your skin without the need for botox or surgery? Why?

Having a regimen and understanding the skin will give you more results. Customized skin home care regimen and taking our repairer energy facials regularly are key. It will make the most of your body’s ability to regenerate the skin, phenomenal texture, and elasticity – making you look young and fabulous.

Can you give us a quick breakdown of the Micro-Current system? What exactly is happening to the skin and cells when these currents are put on the Skin?

The Remodeling Face Machine gives wider eyes, more prominent cheekbones, softer wrinkles, and a better defined facial contour. Remodeling Face Machine can perform all this magic for you. This machine uses state-of-the art bio-electrotherapy for tailored beauty treatments.

What is a decent number of times a month, or year, that one can benefit from this treatment? It is recommended at least twice a month for normal skin types.   After leaving your session, how can one maintain the fruits of the procedure and maintenance at home?

I recommend the basics to start on a routine – Lait U, P50, Mask, Cream + at least 2 serums. You will see the difference on your skin so it’s worth it.

What facial soap would you recommend is least harsh but most effective on the skin? Also, what soap do you use for your own wonderful skin?

Lait U is very gentle on the skin, however this is a test you can do with any cleanser. Once you clean the skin, apply the toner (P50) and if you see any make-up residuals on the skin, then it’s time to find another cleanser. You should never see make up residuals after cleaning your skin.

Maintain a routine clean before going to bed and when you wake up. Also, don’t forget to hydrate at night.
