W Magazine’s Editor-In-Chief Stefano Tonchi

It’s awards season, and we all know what that means! It means that, once again, I’m NOT getting an award for just being me. sigh For that, I’m NOT thanking The Academy. But on the brighter side of things, the season allows me to do what I do best. Socialize, give my celeb friends lessons in style, drink martinis and hang out at the Chateau Marmont. I’m more of a Standard, Hollywood kind of guy when I’m in LA.

On Friday night, in anticipation of the Golden Globes last night and in celebration of the Best Performances issue, W Magazine’s Stefano Tonchi and Lynn Hirscherg, alongside my very own André Balazs, hosted the party to end all parties in the penthouse at the hotel. Everybody was there including Tom Cruise, Rose McGowan, Charlize Theron, James Franco, Kirsten Dunst, Miranda Kerr, Jessica Biel, Pedro Almodovar and Sofia Coppola.
