Once the awards were handed out at the CFDAs Monday, the fun had just begun …

• Host Seth Myers cracked about John Galliano, “You could even say that fashion and comedy go together like bar mitzvahs and Galliano…That joke went so badly I’m going to get fired from Dior.” But the crowd roared when he walked out wearing Marc Jacobs’ lace dress and white boxers the designer wore to the Met Ball. Those still teetering in their stilettos headed to Top of The Standard for the Swarovski after-party, including Kate Bosworth, Lily Collins, Jessica Pare, Rachel Zoe, Brad Goreski, Erin Fetherston and Gabe Saporta. • In Top of The Standard fashion, last night’s official Swarovski-sponsored CFDA Fashion Awards after-party took some time to get rolling. “It’s always slow at first,” Brad Goreski said sometime after midnight. “Everyone is being so well behaved, but just wait, it’s getting started.” If there was any fear that the evening’s main event might’ve worn people out, it was allayed when the big winners Joseph Altuzarra, Billy Reid, and Phillip Lim started pouring in, alongside the likes of Jason Wu, Prabal Gurung, and Olivier Theyskens. • Post-awards, designers and their celebrity dates gathered … at the Top of The Standard, where Mia Moretti was DJ’ing, and reflected on their personal highlights from the evening. “I liked the Marc Jacobs joke thing that was happening,” said Yigal Azrouël, referring to host Seth Meyers’ cheeky donning of the CDG lace dress-and-boxers ensemble Jacobs wore to the Met Ball. • Oh, and thanks for the shout-out, Seth! From his closing remarks at the CFDA ceremony, via NY Mag: “As a final note, tonight for the first time in CFDA history, if you lose in your category, you can challenge the winner to a walk-off. You’ll be judged on posture, speed and how angry you look. The walk-offs will be held at 3 a.m. on the roof of The Standard; … the literal roof.” How did he even know about that? It was supposed to be a secret …
