The Standard

On Monday night, The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is going to teach you the intense sport of the synchronized swim. The Dolphinettes, a Miami-based synchronized swim team will be demonstrating in the pool, and then offering lessons only for those brave enough. Those with the will to win, and also have good rhythm and lung capacity will be offered a spot on The Standard’s own Olympic team.
